Live well FItness series


This series will meet weekly for 6 weeks.  You can expect to get to know your self better as you become a healthier and more fit YOU! I invite you to grab your workout buddy for a friendly competition because there are some rewards! 


We will meet on Sunday afternoons at 4PM CST via ZOOM. Zoom link will be sent once you are registered. Each session will last approximately 1.5 hours. There will be Biblical and practical instruction and movement at each session.  Participants will be given the tools to begin a healthier lifestyle with coaching throughout the weeks for accountability. By the end of the series, participants will have the knowledge and practice to sustain a healthier fit person. 

The schedule is as follows: 

  • Week 1        July 3            Safeguarding Your Temple 

  • Week 2        July 10          You are what you eat

  • Week 3        July 17          Strength Within You

  • Week 4       July 24           Flexibility

  • Week 5       July 31           Changing Habits   

  • Week 6       August 7        Consistency
